All fini...done...repotted! Isn't she pretty? I have a real good feeling about this Orchid....not sure yet, but something amazing might happen with her.

Sadly, we finally have wilted blooms, just in time for her 3-month anniversary since being repotted! Most Orchids begin wilting shortly after being repotted, but not this baby! 😍

All repotted in Better-Gro Phalaenopsis Orchid Mix. The humidity, which Orchids love, comes from the Orchid Mix I had soaked in hot boiling water to make it easier to work with.  I am totally amazed after inspecting her roots and rinsing them off...every root on this Orchid is healthy...not even one little snip of anything! This tells me a lot about this Orchid's health, despite the horrid little weeds and saturated moss she arrived in. I'm excited to see how this Orchid will be adapting to her new home! 😊  |
